Thank you for choosing Hussain Abdullah. We strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience, and we want to ensure clarity on our Exchange and Returns policies. Please take note of the following:

  1. Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges under any conditions. However, if you discover a product fault within 7 days of delivery, please contact us for resolution.
  2. Faulty Items: Faulty items must be in their original form for consideration. The Quality Department will review the issue and may offer an exchange or store credit for major faults.
  3. Exchange Process:
    • Invoices or email confirmations are required for exchanges.
    • Changes to orders can be made within 48 hours, excluding Unstitched Articles.
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours, with refunds issued as store credit (excluding Unstitched Articles).
  4. Alterations and Cancellations: Alteration requests must be made within a week of receiving the outfit. Orders are not eligible for exchange, refund, or chargeback. Sale and Ready to Ship articles are non-returnable.
  5. Web Orders: Exchanges/returns for web orders are only processed through Hussain Abdullah's online store.
  6. Product Quality: We are not responsible for bleeding, print damage, or color fading due to washing. Embroideries mentioned in inlays are provided; other elements in stitching are for shoot purposes.
  7. Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers cannot open packages before payment under COD terms.
  8. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.
  9. Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments.
  10. Customs Duties: Customers are responsible for customs duties during delivery.
